Clear Journal welcomes pitches that help readers examine how information is framed, supported, interpreted, or shared. Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option.
What we welcome
We consider original, readable proposals about claims, context, sources, information formats, and sharing habits. A strong pitch has a precise question, a clear reason readers might care, and a useful scope that can be handled without inflated claims.
Shape the pitch
Explain the central idea, the approach you would take, and what a reader should understand afterward. Tell us whether the proposal depends on particular examples, and how you would handle uncertainty or competing interpretations.
Editorial standards
Pitches should be accurate, independently written, and free of undisclosed conflicts. Avoid unsupported certainty, promotional copy, and material presented as firsthand reporting when it is not. A proposal is not a promise of publication.
